Speakers and/or Talent ... Choosing the right speaker/talent is crucial. Selecting the right presenter can be a harrowing experience. Since there are hundreds of topics and thousands of excellent programs to choose from, selecting a presenter who has the right information, or one who can create an upbeat, positive mood at your event is no easy task. A presenter who is a huge hit with one audience may be totally inappropriate for another. How are you to know who is just right for your group? The answer is knowledge and experience. That is why allowing us to be part of the process ensures the best speaker for your needs. Not to mention the negotiations coming from people who are well versed in the speaker/talent contract.

These are just a few things that we do to get the most from the Talent:

Send a get acquainted letter - introducing your event and your key players

Provide the talent with a questionnaire so that we know what they are expecting.

Keep the talent in the know, with consistent communications. Including them on the mailing list allows them to see exactly what your attendees see, giving them status of their requests/needs, such as information regarding their accommodations, etc.

Oversee the Audio/Visual requirements meeting between the talent and the technicians.

Make any reservations (Air, transfers and accommodations)

Organize a personalized gift basket to suit the presenter and to include logo or your own product.

When applicable, invite the talent's partner to attend the event and invite the talent and possibly their their partner to other events, such as your trade show or social events.

Provide a "Host" for the talent who will see to the talent's needs and timing. This makes it more comfortable for the talent as well as for the management.
